MK3 is now with Canon in Elstree. I was taking to a guy picking up his 1DsMK3 and he was saying is not as good as his old 1DsII..so the waiting begins

That sucks mate. What did it go in for specifically? I sent mine off a couple months ago to finally get the submirror fix, but to be honest I haven't noticed any difference (as in, it was fine before I sent it off for what I use it for).

its never been good, soft focus, crap tracking. my mkIIn p!sses all over it. I gave it a chance by trying CF's etc but its not right. Bet it comes back an NFF.
