Am thinking of spending a few hours around the Greenwich Dome on Sunday morning from 08:30 to about 11:30 if anyone wants to hang about. Thinking of shooting the dome from the outside, then walking down to the Thames Barrier then back to the dome for when it opens for a quick shoot. Anyone want to come? I'm already in London on Saturday night, and will be quite late I'd imagine! smileylaura0 wrote in post #6446973 Going back to Weds eve, I'm such a pillock and forgot I already had arrangements - can't make it this time. Bought 50D on Friday - absolutely no problems and superb sharpness. Autofocus A1 Servo is also faster than 40D. All my lenses seem to register ok and do not need microadjustment - curious? If you're hanging on - Don't! - Just do it! I am sure it will please. I will/might post a few pics later but it has been such a lousy weekend. Good for you Ray....How about a mini magazine style review

On our way to Hooters
2 litre bottles of Corona on tap for about £6!
We hired out a boat for the day and just went for a cruise. Once again, alcohol provided
Just got back from clubbing to our private beach. Time for a sunrise
This is the shot I nearly slipped into the sea...The canvas sandbag at the bottom got slippery when wet which I realised too late. Lucky I recovered without any falling...
Last but not least, the random
One thing, its hard to take photos out there due to humidity, everytime, I had to leave my camera out in the sun while all the condensation wore off, got distracting but worked through it.
