(this is copy-pasted from DPC, so if you're on there, you might recognize it...teehee)

So I'm really excited, my college has a photography studio and tonight I'm gonna get to mess around in it!! I'll have a model and I also want to try a few still life ideas for the safety challenge on DPChallenge.com.

The studio has two softboxes (hanging from the ceiling on a grid system) that are set up as slave flashes with optical trigger, so that means that I have to use either my onboard flash or my 220EX for additional light. Also, there are some overhead flourescents that can be turned on or off. Do all you genius people have any lighting setup ideas I should try? I have a few, but I'm not sure how well they'll work out.

(In other, equally exciting news, my website (external link) is now complete as far as coding goes!! I just have to add information and update my portfolio.)

Rebel XT. 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6. 85mm f/1.8. Lensbaby 2.0.
Currently borrowing 7D, 50mm f/1.8, 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 Macro IS, Sigma 70-300 f/4.5-5.6.
I have a 220EX around somewhere....heh.
