Good job, what sort of shutter speeds were you getting? How is this combo performing for you generally?

And don't listen to the imminent naysayers who will follow, saying you can't judge noise on small web sized images :)

Btw, what 300mm lens were you using?

My problem with ISO 6400 is that by the time you need it, the light is often so dim that shadows are just too dark and you have to fight the noise. The technology is wonderful but at that point I think I'm better off shooting with a flash (If I have a choice!). Do you agree?

I was getting down to the bare minimum...like 1/250th....

These have not be ran through any thing yet....

I was pretty happy with the out come. There was one corner of the field that was unuseable.....
