I have a sunpak 383 that's dead. It worked when I got it from B&H ~2 months ago, I tested it with the button on the back to make sure it worked. I put batteries in it yesterday for the second time and it won't charge. Good batteries, they charge the other flash just fine.
That said, I have to warranty it through the manufacturer. Does anyone know an email and/or phone number for sunpak? I'm only finding this website and I have no idea if it's the parent company of sunpak or something else. The site looks a little sketchy to me.
