Honestly, negative.
It is just not flattering personally, but hey it suits you.
But if your dead set on this, I would suggest making it nicer looking and not so choppy and no bubbly photography.

Just my opinion, sorry if I was harsh.

What I think you should do:
Get rid of the dots around your name and the circle. It looks like something went wrong in Photoshop.
Make the "photography" the same colour as your name, and no shading.
Make the flowers sharper.

It's not terrible otherwise, just not quite refined enough.

I really hope you'll reconsider using this particular design. The design would be acceptable, though not great, but it's so obviously pixelated and chopped up, it will make you look very unprofessional.

I find it rarely works to put whole words inside circles. It leaves a lot of dead space and it's just kind of uninteresting from a design standpoint.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I actually had someone design this for me. I hope it turns out good on my biz cards.

Teeny:)

Teani? Jeani? Leani? I hope you clarify that on the back where, hopefully, you have a phone number?

Hi, and yea, that is not my card. I just ordered yesterday.. It has my number and website on it. I don't know why it looks choppy on here. It did not look that way when it is printed out.

It is Teani. But I go by Teeny on here. Thats what most people call me anyway.:)
