These are nice, but I'd REALLY like to see what the video quality is like when the camera is moving/handheld.

* Canon 40D | Canon 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS | Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 | Sigma 30mm f/1.4
* Canon Speedlite 580EX II
* Canon SD870 IS [wide angle p&s]

I admit to being as jaded as the next guy but this is just sick good...

Trust me boys and girls. I've been in TV for nearly 20 years and this is truly a quantum leap forward.

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd see video this good (and it is really good) from such a different source.

They're running back to their drawing boards at RED and Panavision...

Now the question is, which application will work for editing this video? New codec from Adobe for Premiere or something from Apple for Final Cut?

Forget blurring the lines.. they've essentially been obliterated.

That video mode makes me want to sell my 5d and get the new 5d. The quality looks amazing, and having a camera+video cam using the same lenses is pretty neat

that video quality is inSANE.
I think i'll definitely have to get one of these, not to mention the highly regarded 5d image quality, only thing that bums me out is the AF, but I think with all this, it can be overlooked and compensated for :D

People like you are going to eat the stubborn photographer's lunches!

This video looks sweet, but the URL does not look like an official canon site.
