I did notice the price at B&H on the MKIII was reduced by about $300 somewhere in the past two weeks. This would explain it.
What does it mean? Who knows.
Hong Kong dollars. $1USD is $7.8HKD.
1D Mark III = $3576 USD (NEW PRICE) though on the streets they're about $29,400HKD (which will come down more with the price decrease). So on the streets now they are about $3700USD (which will come down to probably $3,300USD on the streets I guess).
(practically though, I divide by 5, because basically the Aus Dollar is around that much and everything is about $5 = $1 rate).
$10HKD is about 1 British pound though. Which I guess is where they get the rate from (being an ex-british colony).
Though, I'm so use to HKD now, I have trouble thinking of things in USD or AUD terms.
