One of my first serious girlfriends drove a Rav. She was that outrageously girly, it was bright pink...

Is yours the more subdued strawberry blonde version?

dont knock the rav - its a wolf in sheeps clothes.

Hi, how has everyone been lately? Looks like there has lots of good photography going on lately.
Today I've been trying to upload some pictures using the hosting site Flikr. Lance made a suggestion on how to go about doing this which has worked for him perfectly but I just can't seem to make it work. Has anyone got any suggestions?

It depends on what method he's suggested to you?

If it's just online hosting so you can show the photos to friends or embed the images here on the forum, I'd be using Photobucket. Very simple.

If it's getting involved with further online photo communities and sinking into ever growing world of Flickr then there are numerous tools you can use to upload, but the best by far I think is Flickr's own uploadr tool. I use it all the time and it's very easy, particularly as you can use it to add text, tags, add to groups etc all before going up online.

Cheers, Dave.

Thanks Dave. Uploading to the actual hosting site (Flikr) is easy enough and I've managed that so far. I just have issues embedding the photos to POTN. Lance said he just uses with the url pasted between those two. The URL been the one taken off the flikr site after clicking on the all sizes button.
Any ideas?

I think only paying members can do this, I might be wrong but I can hotlink any file size on my pro account.

For instance:

http://farm4.static.flickr.com …30562129_a1b6e20a26_b.jpg (external link)

flickr (external link) - So much gear, so little skill.
