I'm a paying member too so can't verify what Stefan says above.

That said it's worth remembering that if you're embedding an image from your Flickr as opposed to linking like above, that you've got to make the image clickable to abide by Flickr's rules of conduct. There's a lengthy way to do this here, but for embedding images into the forum, it's still easier to use Photobucket.

Cheers, Dave.

Yes, thanks. I read that on Flikr and now it makes sense. I shall try Photobucket when I am less frustrated.

Nice photos Chris, I really like your watermark too. Simple but effective.

I only got the Flikr account that came with xtra.

Wasn't/isn't that a pro account? I thought it was unless it's changed.

I think only paying members can do this

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought there were two account types. Free and the paid variety. The paid variety being the pro account.

xtra customers are supposed to get a pro level account for free, its part of the "sucks to be a telecom/xtra customer" package.

So long and thanks for all the flash

Yep works.
You open the photo on Flckr, In Firefox, right mouse click then "Copy URL".
In IE right mouse click, Properties, then copy the URL string.

In this editor click on the insert picture icon and paste the url in there

Works, but the image still isn't a clickable link back to its Flickr page ala guidelines. Moppie showed me something on how to do it a while back...

Yes, your right there. At least now I know it is possible for me to do it, I'll just have to keep working at getting it done properly.
