Wouldn't it just rot your socks.

The fortune is said to result from a lease in 1778 by a Welshman, Robert Edwards, of approximately 77 acres of land in New York forming what is now a significant part of Manhatten and on which stands not only Wall Street and Broadway but such valuable properties as The Stock Exchange and The World Trade Centre. The land was leased to the brothers John and George Cruger for 99 years with the condition that thereafter it would revert to the heirs of Robert Edwards named in the lease as his brothers William, Jacob, Leonard, Joshua, John and Thomas and his sister Martha. The lease expired in 1877 and ever since families called Edwards have been trying to stake claim to the fortune on the basis that they were descended from one of Robert's heirs.

Apparently William Edwards was my gt gt gt gt grandfather. Full details (external link).

Incredible. It could pass as a painting of a photo of a sunset. Either way it's fantastic work :D:D

My disappointment of last week when I had high hopes for Wales against the ABs has been vindicated as we rolled the Aussies. Ha-ha. Can't wait to go to work tomorrow in my Wales shirt.

It's working. ;)

But then so are the dishes, some washing, backing up HDD's and wasting time on the interweb. :p Seriously, it's mindless tosspots like that get me close to being completely closed off to Americans. Got to remember that there are a lot of very cool ones out there too, just difficult at times. :D

Anyway... Anyone seen any good Ext HDD deals recently? Seagate particularly. Thinking either 250, 500 or 1Tb.

I just bought a Seagate Pro (the faster one with sata drive) 500GB for around $200 from Dick Smith which I am well pleased with if that helps at all. :)

I concur with the Seagates, have bought 00's of there drives. Esp if you buy online from dodgy Asians and the like with no margin (who cares for warranties, esp on drives).

Right time to take some more photos, that hopefully are not rubbish.

Good stuff, thank you guys. I've got three Seagates currently, but am beginning to find the need for more. Tempted by one which is portable for the laptop actually...

A 500GB drive is about $120, plus $60-80 for a good enclosure. $40 for a cheap one.

So if you can get a 500GB Seagate Pro (http://www.dse.co.nz …b072b/Product/View/XH1464 (external link)) for $200 then go for it.

So long and thanks for all the flash
