First I just want you all to know, I really, seriously hoped to never win one of these Speed Challenges; I never, ever wanted to have to pick a winner out of these wonderful entries. Thank you to everyone who entered, all of these images are spectacular and all deserve to win. These are all great examples of what you can do with longer exposures, everything was here from the sensation of motion, to amazing colors, to spectacular lighting. After studying the entries for more than an hour and not getting any closer to picking a winner, I've decided to just go with the ones that "jumped out" at me just ever-so slightly more than the rest, seriously, this was like a 16-way tie for first place. You folks really have to keep these images handy for the next round of book submissions! So here are my top 3 in reverse order: Mike

I forgot to mention in my details that it was taken hand held using the bridge rail to brace myself. I have 2 tripod's and a monopod & never took any of them on this particular outing. lol
