Hey guys, im shooting a playoff game tonight and was wondering about WB. Last time I shot with custom WB at the arena I went on the ice and took a reading, all my shots were bad. should I be trying to take my WB through the glass? ie. have one of the guys hold my card on the ice while I WB from the other side of the glass? Will that even have an effect? any suggestion?

Not sure why, but my CWB failed me misrably last time I shot there. All the lights are the same BTW.

Cheers

Shoot on auto/RAW and worry about it later. Alternately take a shot of the ice from where you'll be taking the photos from, use that as a starting point.
