Batch save for web

Is there anyway to do a batch process to make a whole group of pics a smaller size? I would use the tool you can download for windows but it mess's up the quality. So if anyone can help me out that would be great

Irfanview is a free solution. In photoshop use the image processor (file -> scripts).

I use Photoshop Elements to batch process web albums. If you don't want to use the whole album, you can just lift the pictures out. I don't know if you still get a copy of Elements with the camera, but if you did or if you have the full blown version of Photoshop, that is the easiest way I know of. Look under File and select Create Web Photo Gallery.
