Had a photoshoot with a friend who skateboards. He wanted some full length portraits and headshots white we were out so here goes.

There's a lot of copies of the same pictures, just edited differently...let me know what you think...

And this one is my personal favorite...added noise, a greenish tint, upped the contrast, used some grunge brushes in CS2 for the top corners...

And thats it, ladies and gentlemen...

There's a couple more edits of these pics, can only post 8 at a time though...

I posted the action shots in the Sports section

Thanks

Jimmy

Not bad but they don't really do it for me. #1-#3 just look awkward. #4 I think is a nice angle but it might be better if he was looking at the camera. #5-6 are decent. Don't particularly like his facial expression. #8-7 are not bad as well.

These are great! I love all of them. Most people turn up their nose at selective color but I love the first one, you handled it very nicely, it doesnt look cheesy. Most of these look like they could be advertisments for a skate company or something. excellent and origional!!!!

The selective colour in the first one is sloppy, mainly on his white shirt.

The pp on the last one is perfect and totally fits "skater" pictures. The image itself doesn't WOW me it's ok. Maybe try that processing on another image? Not a fan of selective coloring it's very "walmart-y" and doesn't fit this subject matter.

i wasn't originally going to do selective color....the subject wanted to see what it would look like, i showed him, he liked it, so we kept it....

i know...i got sick of selective coloring when i was working for glamour shots....
