I am dearly fond of the Ec-L screen I use with my 1D3. Now that I have a 24L TS-E, I thought I would check to see if anyone knew of someone or some place that could etch a grid on my screen.

Sep 20, 2008 07:52 | #3 I know, but thanks anyway. I want to keep the screen I have because I really like it's cross split image focusing aid. If possible, I would like a grid etched on this screen.

I know, that's why I was wondering if someone or someplace could add an etched grid to my screen. My Mamiya RB67 had a Brightscreen 20/20 that had both a split image aid and the grid. I know I can get a Brightscreen 20/20 with a choice of several focusing aids and grid, but I really want to keep the cross split image aid I now have and would like to add a grid to it. I think I will contact Brightscreen and see if they would add a grid to my screen as they do ones they offer.
