my question would be

1) why is it landing on a tennis court

2) why was she allowed that close while they landed? typically they clear an area rather large

There is something wrong with the scale of the girl to the helicopter. it looks photo shopped to me.

Seriously this is not Photoshopped. It was taking part in a seaside airshow and the tennis court was being used as a helicopter park. At one stage there was a Merlin, Lynx and Sea King parked in it. The girl is actually standing near the top of a small hill overlooking the court. As to what she's looking at - the only think I can think of is that the Navy Lynx was also coming into land around this time as well.
More spectators as the Sea King lands.

I don't think that she's standing in the adjacent tennis court. I wouldn't want to be in the adjacent court when that was landing! the down-wash would blow you away. I think that if the Merlin is genuine, then she is standing on a platform or something well outside of the landing area. Mind you how can she not be looking in the direction of the helicopter?

The camera never lies, it just plays tricks with the eye!

Dale,
You posted the second shot as I was writing my reply.

Maybe this one gives a better picture. There is the tennis court, then there's a 6 foot metal fence, a path and then a steep hill where the majority of spectators sat to watch the helos take-off and land
