Do they make such a unit? I am selling all my RC2 manfrotto clamps and heads on evil Ebay and looking to buy Arca style clamps and plates to replace them. Hkgundude is my "handle" on eBay if you are interested......

Thanks Ben, I have a RRS "L" bracket for the XTi I won on Ebay. Now trying to find three Arca-Swiss style clamps. One for Monopod, Bushawk and Manfrotto ball head!

Both Kirk and RRS have modified the Manfrotto 3232 monopod swivel with their Arca compatible clamps. RRS has two styles and Kirk has the MPA-1 which I own. I bought their clamp and the Kirk plate on my 100-400 fit it just fine... John

Thanks again Ben, your a great resource! I have a 486RC2 ball head, but guess I will sell it and get a 488 head less the RC2. Just purchased a Acratech clamp from Vistek of Canada and it is being shipped today!
