I'm thinking of buying this tomorrow, anybody have got this softbox and grid, what's you take on them?

The softbox is a little more directional light, so it might be a little more controllable in a smaller room. I might be wrong too. My Gear, My Zenfolio

On the other hand I thought that the octabox was really well made and was impressed with it's quality compared to the other items. Robert McCadden

I believe that both items have the same directionality to them more or less and that the different shape of the catch lights is the biggest difference besides the foldable octabox being reputed to being better quality.
