Nice!

One of the best Mirror Pass captures I think I've ever seen. Dead Nutz on the timing...

Boy do we need a 'whistle' smilie, they are stunning especially the mirror flying. Do they actually 'run' laterally in alignment i.e. are they as close vertically as they look or is there lateral separation in case of errors like sudden turbulence? If so, that close proximity looks almost suicidal:cool:

PS What camera/lens combo were you using for these ones?

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

Pretty good smoke and mirrors job by the pilots...

The upper aircraft is offset from the lower by about three feet (as measured wingtip to wingtip) toward the crowd.

Notice #6 is looking toward the camera...(actually looking at #5)

Same with the Calypso Pass (image #3)

Thanks for the qualified info ~ such precison flying does make for a nice show down the flightline. Have the T-Birds ever come to the UK?

Crackingly sharp lens that one. Do you handhold or use a support if so which? Tripod, monopod or chestpod?

I will have to give serious consideration to hiring a 400 or 500 prime next year ~ I have hired the 100-400 and found it very good.

Over the years, they've definately been to the UK as well as most of Western Europe at one time or antother.

In 2008 their schedule shows that Abbotsford BC will be their only show outside the US.
