Quite nice overall, but I have a few comments.
- I block shockwave, I had to specifically unblock them to show your menus. The menus can be done in plain HTML, there's no need for shockwave.
- The photos on the front page could link to larger versions of the photos.
- I like the transition effect between pictures :)
- You might like to have a menu bar that lets you jump from one part of your site to any other site. Right now the menu at the top of the page changes depending where you are. When viewing fish pics I had to go home to get to tank pics.
- This page (external link) appears cut off in Firefox. I can see one pic with a frame, then what looks like the top of another large pic. Screenshot attached.

None of them are major, but it might give you a few hints about how it could be improved.

I like your site and you have some great shots on there. I tried opening the page that Tim said was getting cut off in both IE and Firefox. Same result in both.

One little (and I mean little) is that in your rest stuff area you have an image of what looks to be a statue on a granite slab. The thumb nail looks like it is displayed in portrait but the image opens in landscape.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.
