It would work without any problems right?

Second question. Would sanyo's eneloops charge without any problems on some other third party recharageable battery charger?

Yep and Yep. I've charged Canon on Sterlingtek chargers and vice versa. I don't have a Sanyo charger; use several other ones, depending on where I am, to charge my Eneloops.
