I use PS 6, could you possibly share the technique?? Regards, John I use PS Elements 2. The effect is created using layers. There were two photos involved in creating the merger. I used the photo of Sheba swimming in the water as the background, I had to crop that photo to the size that I reguired and adjusted the exposure and focus a bit. I then created a layer from the second photo of Sheba's head .I used the magnetic lasso tool and outlined where I wanted to cut, used inverse, feather and cut. Once you have completed this go to layers/opacity and choose the transparency that you want and use the move tool to move the image onto the background. You can still adjust the opacity while looking at the image until you get the effect that you want, as long as you are working with the layer and not the background. The framing was created using flexible frames from Shutterfreaks.com a plug in for PS. I hope this helps. " This world is a canvas to our imagination."
