After the storm...

I took this yesterday and thought it was worth posting.

I know its blurry and the lighting is wacky, but I have never seen a sky this color before.

It was taken right after a storm rolled through northern Kansas.

The wind was so strong my tripod couldn't even handle it, and I took about 20 shots handheld, and this is the best I could come up with.

300mm...maxed....

Now that is some intense red coloration! The size of the sun at the horizon line is incredible. That must have been quite a storm!!

The storm was really strong for about 30 minutes and then the clouds rolled through just perfect enough to let that sun pop out.

I have never seen it quite that big.
