I don't know why you've desaturated all that lovely warm wood... it's not as inviting as it could be, for me.

I say up the saturation a bit, but watch the yellow, push it more towards a deep golden honey colour rather than yellow... also consider duplicating the layer, setting to to 20% opacity in hard-light mode, to get a little more punchy contrast out of it.

Just my personal taste talking.

The composition is excellent, it's a great photo, I just think the choices made in colour are not as evocative of the warmth of wood. I might crop the top off a touch too to avoid that fixture on the door.

Nice work... is it you or someone else who plays?

Beautiful composition. Personally I love the taupe shades here - all a matter of personal preference.

Agree on the color. On composition, that doorknob / handle or whatever it is in the upper right that is cut in half distracts me a little. I might clone it out.

I thought the yellow might be a bit much with the strong sunlight.

Here is another from the same series

I've replaced the image with one with the normal saturation, and also the door handle cloned out.

I like the first one a lot. The composition is really nice. I don't care for the yellow straps though. I'm not sure what to make of the 2nd photo you posted. It really doesn't do anything for me....I'm not sure why though.
