so i am currently working on my new website, www.brendanryder.com (external link), and instead of using a logo, i am just kinda messed with a font.

this is what i came up with.

IMAGE NOT FOUND
HTTP response: 404 | MIME changed to 'text/html' | Byte size: ZERO

i like it, i find it simple but attractive.
but i asked a friend and he said it was ugly. this got me thinking, what do other people think. im not going to change something i like over 1 person but if alot of ppl dont like it, i might change it.

so what do you think of it?
if u dont like it, have any ideas to make it better?

(sorry for long post)

I agree with your friend and Tintop, but what market are you going after? Based on the one gallery you have up I don't think this would work for that type of business. If you were going after extreme sports or something like that it may work.

Make it smaller, and add a space between each letter to break it up a bit. Seems to work with the style of the site, but all caps and in blocktype is a bit hard on the eyes.

i will try making it lower case and adding some spaces.
