I'd show you the original picture but bibble ate it. 3rd rule should be right, if I had shot this at a duskier time it'd have been better so the top left wasn't so washed...any other suggestions?

I tried pushing the saturation levels way up and enhancing the foliage and stone wall with some contrast. I like it.

You have an image with a lot of texture, accentuate it by doing a B&W conversion after bumping up the contrast.
