yes, it was true overhead. The only place whre it was open to air where the entry points and visible exits and a room with stalagtites and stalagmites and tree roots inside of Little Brother Cenote.

The guides are required to wear doubles, everyone has two sources of light and you were never out of sight of a opening to daylight. They take a real leaisurely time going through the vavern stretching what would be a 20 minute dive into 30-40 minutes.

Thanks for the pictures Mike, the last one is cool. Was someone shining a green light up in there? or have they put some sort of artificial light somewhere?

M5Man, Ive seen some cave videos fromPaco (external link) from the UK and other countries. Several were from the winter time that made my timbers shiver. Brrrrrrrrrr. Don't know how you guys do it.

As for having a underwater section here, I've never noticed one before, but it would be a nice sub forum to visit. If you do a search there are a few other forums like POTN dedicated to underwater photography. If your interested, I can sift around and see if I can find the links.

To keep this thread going and dive related, here is a few pictures from Morrison's.

No, no green light, I just had to burn it a bit to get rid of an over exposure area (not to successfully).

I have a Canon 20D, Ikelite housing, dual DS51 strobes and several lenses and ports to go with it. I am still learning the proper settings as can be seen from my posts! I am not to pleased with the ETL settings so will be working with it to improve. here s me with the rig after I found it after losing it for 8 weeks in Lake Lanier, Ga. 8 weeks at 50 feet and no leaks, what else can I say, ya gotta love Ikelite!

Nice pictures Mike. Talking about luck. Wow. How bout passing some of that over this way.

I wish I could get me a housing for my 30D. Just too expensive. Grrr.

These others in Morrison's were taken with a Olympus C 5060, Aquatica housing and a set of DS125's.

You guys are going to end up causing me to spend some money I don't have!

Ken
