the shot itself is brilliant, the red light is cool. However, for an ad shot, you might wanna keep the label visible :-P

covering the first few letters is ok, cause it forces you to remember what vodka it is.

that lighting is so cool and great use of color.

Very eye catching; It's different and therefore memorable.

HOLY SMOKES! I'm listening to "The Doors" on the ole MP3 player, when I opened this photo, and WOW! This guy kinda has the "Jim Morrison" look. This photo for some reason looks somewhat like Him.
I like the lighting! Cool effect. :D

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

i like it - my friend wants me to do band photos for her & this would be cool - was this just a red lite shining upward / dark room?

I like the shot a lot...

however I think the guy is taking up too much of the shot...its a lot of superfluous space (concerning the right side) if its a product ad for vodka. A tighter shot would be better...but love the lighting and processing

I think this one works really well. Very hard to get light like this right, and it really works super well.

Justin Keery. 20D, 17-85 IS, 70-300 IS and f1.8 "nifty fifty". OK so I've got the equipment right at last, time to focus entirely on the photography!

WOW .... great shot 8)

However, for ME, Vodka is more a 'blue' or 'green' drink, so I'd rather go for a colour that evokes feelings like cool, ice, nordic...

But then, maybe that's just what everyone does in vodka advertisement...

Best regards,
Andy

some cameras, some lenses,
