Roy, are they THAT hard up for real estate in London where they have to start building memorials that cross over sidewalks?

It's actually in a small park at Hyde Park Corner Ken

It's pretty neat looking even with the sidewalk running through the middle of it.

Work is actually expecting me to do some work today So it's open to the first taker

Must remember to bring rollerblades next time I go to London to try out the slalom course

I have only found one decent picture of this, and if it proves to be too obscure I'll definitely jump in with clues I believe the chain is a unique characteristic of this eagle...don't know if that helps.

Yup been Googling all sorts of search criteria including the chains which do seem to be unusual.

On this map http://www.qsl.net …io-online/USA/usa-map.gif are we East or West of a line dropping down from North Dakota/Minnesota to Texas/Louisianna & North or South of a line Virginia/NC to California via Utah/Arizona - I hope that makes sense of the bisection I am trying to work off of
