No, it is by itself. It's look has changed over the past few years, so if you find something that looks awfully similar but not quite like it, it may be how it looked back then.

In the background just to the left of the art, is that a suspension bridge or power lines?

Good job! That's it. It is along side of the road in Rockford, TN. It's across the street from the Rockford Co-op. The other side of the road is part of the Stock Creek Development Centre. According to the maps I could find, it is located in the public easement area of Stock Creek.
