Wow! Those are awesome! Were they handheld?

Thanks Kelly. Yes, both were hand held and shot in manual. Orleans sign shot was 67mm, ISO1600, f6.3 @ 1/30. Tower shot was 24mm, ISO 200, f6.3 @ 1/4.

You may like these as well. Goddess shot is indoor at the Orleans. 84mm, ISO 640, f5.0 @ 1/5. The Christmas shot is indoor at the Bellagio (they went nuts with their decorations with great lighting). 35mm, ISO 640, f4.0 @ 1/12.

I love both lens! 50mm f/1.4 replaced my broken nifty.
24-70 has been my walk around lens. Only compain is that it's BIG!

Get either or both, both are excellent glass

My first trip out with my 50D. Shot with a Sigma 18-200 OS.

This is one of the best b&w conversions I've seen in a while. How was it done if you don't mind me asking?

I have had my 50D for a week, mostly test shots and micro-adjust work so far. I did get a few bird images yesterday. A couple of observations vs my 40D: the files are large!, the focus is faster, the rear screen is fantastic (should have been on the 40D).
