Does anyone have any good DIY ideas for your camera/photography?

The only thing i am doing is making a release cable for my XSI. Its very easy, cheap, and fun!

I'm not looking to be cheap and not buy the real stuff, but just looking at different things that people have done with their stuff!

they should have a diy section here but i don think you can add too much more.

I did see someone make an aerial cam set up using some tubes and wires and a laptop.

I tried this out once. It makes a REALLY REALLY cool effect (see the pics in the comments...except my cutting wasn't as nearly good as those guys...mine was a wobbly shaped heart with uneven sides, lol).
