If you go to Portal / Rodeo, it's a real neat drive, but the entrance to the park is on the other side of the mountains. From Tucson, go to Willcox and take the turn-off, or a bit farther for a more scenic drive.

Been to both places, due to a couple of wineries in the area,,, hence the AZwinenut site.....

I agree... we use to have parties when I was a kid on the Portal side... now that I'm a little older LOL I would like to photograph the place. Very scenic!
