So you drove up there today? I think you should be able to find a cactus. There are a lot of ocotillo and you didn't see any Saguaros? and if you go to the south side of the cactus they will then be facing north but you might have to ask it to turn it's head :)

WOWZA!! I got to play with my camera again today... This thing really blows me away with the IQ, and the micro adjustment thing...

Here's a shot SOOC... and just look at her eyes... I honestly don't know what kind of PP I can do to improve on this.. (well not really.. I'll post the processes shot underneath..) But geez if the eyes aren't tack sharp out of the camera... :) I'm happy, I'm happy, I'm happy.. (for today... ;) )

Raw Converted to jpeg and saved... not sharpened or anything...

larger size here if you want to peek....http://ksnyderphoto.smugmug.com …Pgam#460374449_dT8Xd-A-LB (external link)

my minimal edit... cropped to 11x14

and larger size here..http://ksnyderphoto.smugmug.com …5812#460374019_SVfvW-A-LB (external link)

Sorry.. . I just had to share... "Ain't she a cutie"! : ) I have a few more of different kids to process... so I'm sure I'll share some later on.

Thanks for putting up with the child photo share.. :)

what kind of car are you up there with?

I hang out with the AZLX crew. (LX = late model Chrysler 300's, Dodge Charger's & Magnums) I'm the OLD GUY with the 2005 Red Magnum.

So I just found out I can take 1,355 pictures with my 16GB card.

What are you shooting to get the 1355? Is that RAW + JPG?
