Yeah.. he's been off and on sick for about 3 weeks.. it keeps turning into something different... glad I don't have it.. but I feel sorry for him.. his eyes look like he doesn't feel good today.. and he's so stubborn he won't admit it..

I've been feeling the same for the past couple weeks as well...had the flu, now I think the cold or it just might be allergies. don't know. hope I get over it soon so i can try more job searching and exercising

LOL! Well, Verizon actually saved me/us last time. Got stuck and Verizon was the only one that had service.

Verizon is no good back there. There where times when it said I had a signal, but didn't work.

Well, my plans to relocate out there are moving along and I'm starting to do some research on apartments out there. It looks like I will be making the move this fall (probably October). I'm looking at northern Glendale, near Arrowhead, or the Peoria/Surprise area. Are those good neighborhoods? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Hey Becca. That is a nice area. The local group is scattered all over the metro area. I live in North Scottsdale. Welcome to the chattiest (real word?) group on POTN.

Welcome! Those are great neighborhoods. I kinda live close to the arrowhead area. Some nice apartments out there.

Hey Becca! I'm in Peoria, so that get's my vote... very clean city.

A few communities to check out....: Westwing Mountain, Sonoran Mountain Ranch, Vistancia, The Preserve at Cibola Vista... There are a handful of other nice communities to look at, but these are just at the of my mind.

Let us know when you get here.. It will be so fun to have another "girl" in our group!

Check out the book "Legal Handbook for Photographers" The rights and liabilities of making images, 2nd ed. by Bert Krages, Esq. I bought it off Amazon.com. Good reading.

You will be surprised what you CAN take photos of.

I will check it out. I don't know why but I think they just had a hair up there butt for some reason. I was real nice to them and never siad anything to piss them off.

Hey, I can actually say I've been there. It was quite a few years ago and we took our quads through the canyon to get there. What a gorgeous ride. I think it was in Spring.

Have some friends who are also into photography and he'd plan the trips but now his life is too busy. Those were the days.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! I probably won't be out there for good until fall, but I'm so excited about this move. It's nice to know that there's an active POTN community out there, too!

omgosh, she is adorable. And you're right, those shots are outstanding. Tell me your secrets! Actually, I'll have to post a couple shots I got this week with my M2.

Okay, so here are a couple I took the other day with my M2. Not sure they are as great as Kristy's but I deeply suspect user error there. Still, this is a beautiful little girl, my new favorite model. Too bad she lives in PA.
