I'm hard on myself. I have one I think I like, but still 50/50 on it. Stars are white, sky is nice and black, but it's not working for me. At least I can do it again soon.

good, saw so many people with digital SLR's...not including the paid photog. oh and also I've never seen so many p&s cameras before! it was mainly from one table...but it all looked great. only made it to the reception which was at the hilton in mesa. oh and I loved their setup of the main table and such. all looked good. and great dj too :-D was the brother of the groom. I took pics with my iphone and posted them on my facebook if anyone wants to see how an iphone handles in the dark reception hall

Beautiful shots. How long of an exposure was that?

Brian

Great lighting as usual. I'm finding my self trying to figure out the setup when I see a photo I like. This is especially nice.

Hatch

Like the trails a lot. Good job as usual.

Thanks for Looking, Guerry :)

Had a great night out. Only a couple I liked from the long exposure. I'll have to play around with the ones I wanted to stack.

Next time, somone is going to sit on that rock and give me a cool silhouette! If we frame it right, like in the second image, it would be like the universe revolves around them. How cool is that?

I lived at Strayhorse Apartments on 67th Ave. a couple of blocks north of the 101. The apartments were nice and well maintained. It was pretty quiet the 6 years I was there ecept once in a while some kids would move in. The management talked to to parents and they quieted down. There is a small lake on the north side of the complex and lots of photo opportunities.

I took this across the street from the complex.

There are several new places in that area too. Good luck

Guerry

Thanks, Guerry! Strayhorse is one of the places I've been looking at but I read a couple of reviews that they had a problem with scorpion infestations. I can deal with spiders and ants, but not sure I can deal with a scorpions! Did you have any problem with that when you were there?

i only saw two of the little buggers during my years there and they were both outside by the front door. There is a lot of plants all around the complex so that might be the attraction.

Thanks for Looking, Guerry :)
