Couple more from my hike. I had to do HDR with these... not TOTALLY happy with them... but I think it's as good as it's going to get... for the time being. :)

I get a fantastic sense of the "light shaft" effect we see when there are big, puffy clouds overhead.

I'd have to take #2 FTW only because I see some fringing (almost looks like CA) along the right hand edges of the Saguaro in #1...

That's exactly how it was. Really humid... but really nice at the same time.

I would have liked for #2 to come out better... I'll have to play with it a bit more, see what I can come up with. :)

I think you hit on a good mix in #1 where the rock outcroppings scattered about have some pop to them just as if shafts of sunlight were picking them out naturally.
