Would you mind sharing your technique for this one?
Not at all. This was shot with a fast prime lens in a very well lit room with large southern exposed windows, so I can't say it was much of a technique.
It was more conditions, where the natural light filled the room. The key is a fast prime lens wide open to get the shallow depth of field. It's also a good idea to keep the subjects eyes parallel to the camera so both are in focus.
Unless of course you just want a single eye in focus.
