1st one i know that i need to get rid of something...or maybe a tighter crop.....but on others please c/c

#2 is far the better picture of the young lady.

All of the shots have good lighting and good control of the background with #4 having the most effective lighting of the 4.

#1 has too bright a spot on her right arm, and in #2 and #3 the hair light is too strong - it only need be bright enough to create a separation of her hair from the background.
