I found this to be amusing and thought you guys might also get a kick out of it.
We all have patterns of speech and little idiosyncrasies but Mark Cleghorn, the photographer that does all the video demos for Lastolite has an interesting quirk in his vocabulary.
He uses the word 'actually' an inordinate number of times in a a very short period, to the point of it becoming extremely obvious and perhaps a bit annoying.
You can watch any of the video demos
to see what I mean and I took 2 of them just for the fun of it and counted the number of times the word is used.
I took a look at the first 2 videos on this page
.
In the first video on shooting Low Key images, which is 2:23 in length he uses 'actually' 21 times.
In the second video on shooting Mid Key, which is 3:33 he uses it 30 times.
I actually found that it was actually a bit overbearing, actually.
