I need your opinion on this purchase!

Hi

On the local craigslist, someone is selling a pair of Manfrotto 055c legs along with a Manfrotto #168 ball head for $100 total. I know these are outdated designs but I won't mind because I can save money for other purchases. But the problem is I couldn't find any official data on these legs and head since they are out of production now.

Is it worth the $100 that it's being asked for?

Thanks madberry, it seems the 055 legs are a good buy.
I'm more of worried of $100 for the legs and head is a good deal or not, anyone know?
