Can someone recommend a bag to hold 2 cameras with Stroboframe flash brackets?
I am looking for something where I can put 2 cameras with zoom lens directly into the bag.
The only other thing the bag needs to hold is 2 flashes.

I would like the lenses mounted on the bodies:
20D w/grip and 17-85 with Stroboframe bracket
40D w/grip and 24-105L with Stroboframe bracket
430EX and 580EX

Thanks in advance.

Just for thoroughness, which Stroboframe flash brackets do you have?

I have the Nova 5, which fits exactly that. When you put the bracket to it's lowest setting, it fits just fine.

Gotta second this query. Also are you willing to remove the brackets from the cameras while they're bagged or do you want everything ready to go? I can carry several cameras with lenses, and separate flashes, cords and Stroboframe Folding Flip brackets in a Domke F-1 or F-7. For that matter, 2 bodies without so many spare lenses, and the flash stuff fits in an F-2. But my bigger (and more comfortable/flexible) bracket fills an F-7 all by itself (lots of wasted space because it's awkwardly-shaped for packing). So it really matters.

Gee, I never thought to put the bracket in my 802 because that bag just fits my 2 cameras with 2 long lenses. If I tried to shove that bracket in, I think it would scratch. And to keep it attached doesn't work. I don't know anyone who does that and fits it into the bag. I know of one N*kon acquaintance who keeps the bracket in her car in a bag, but doesn't take it out until she needs it. And I hardly use my bracket, only for really tricky lighting at receptions.

I have the VH2000. It is the compact one.

Can you show me a photo of it, if possible? Just to have an idea before I go out and get one. Thanks.

I want to have both camera bodies with the bracket mounted and ready to go. Right now I use a LowePro bag that can hold everything I need EXCEPT the brackets. I am looking for this bag to help me when I shoot a wedding. Instead of getting to each location and assembling everything, I want to just park the car, open the bag, grab my camera and be able to shoot within a minute or so. Having a single bag allows me to carry the bag with me when I have to follow the B&G through the park etc.

Just looking to see if there is something that I can use. Right now, I have one camera in the bag (no bracket mounted). The other camera ends up sitting on the floor of the back seat of the car with the bracket mounted, while I am driving. Not exactly the most secure way to have it while driving over potholes.

Seriously, maybe this (external link)?

Room for gear, room for padding, room to grab and go, wheels for mobility. Those brackets look fairly bulky.
