This is spectacular. Is it still the Wishes show? Would you mind sharing your settings?

I'm going in a few weeks. Are most of you carrying around tripods all day? Do you have a lightweight one you'd recommend? Other accessories?

I have a travel tripod I carry with me if I think I am going to be somewhere where I need to set up. I also took a full size one with me to take some shots at night. But I used that without planning on riding on anything since it was so big.

Do you have kids? Are they young? I just hang my tripod off the back of our stroller when we go, along with my camera bag. Of course, my wife doesn't like roller coasters so leaving it with the stroller isn't an issue for rides like Big Thunder Mountain. For all the other rides carrying a camera bag isn't an issue as it fits right at your feet.

You can get a travel tripod and a small bag like the Lowepro Flipside 200 that holds the tripod on the front of the bag. That will be unobtrusive and should fit on every ride and show where you can carry your bag in. For rollercoasters you'll have to figure something else out. You may be able to take a bag on most of the coasters, but I've not tried it.

I take my bag with travel tripod strapped on to every ride. No problem. The only issue I had this last trip was the loader on Dinosaur made me put it in the netting. That was a tight fit. On the coasters, I just put it at my feet and will usually stick one of my legs through an arm strap just as a precaution.

No kids, so I end up lugging it around all day.

I noticed a lot of you are using bulb mode for your night pics, although the EXIF info shows that it was under 30 secs. Any particular reason to shooting bulb vs. manual?

Leaving for Disney world in 2 weeks I'm thinking about taking my 8mm, 30mm & 17-50. Would I be better off with an 11-16 or is 8mm fisheye the way to go?

Tbh, I'd go with the fish. I have the 10-20, but I'm always drawn to the fish look in the parks.

I'd get an 8mm for myself if I wasn't planing on going FF soon.

Bulb is manual....

I shoot bulb because I like to control how long the shutter runs. Most of my shots are 30+ seconds but I won't change modes if under 30 is needed
