Mar 08, 2014 15:53 | #2662 I have a travel tripod I carry with me if I think I am going to be somewhere where I need to set up. I also took a full size one with me to take some shots at night. But I used that without planning on riding on anything since it was so big. a6000, 5Dii, 40D, 350D, 430EX, 70-200 f/4L IS, 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS, EF-S 18-55 IS, nifty fifty, Sigma APO 70-300mm f4-5.6 DG Macro, Tokina 11-16, Sony E PZ 16-50mm

Are most of you carrying around tripods all day? Do you have a lightweight one you'd recommend? Other accessories? Do you have kids? Are they young? I just hang my tripod off the back of our stroller when we go, along with my camera bag. Of course, my wife doesn't like roller coasters so leaving it with the stroller isn't an issue for rides like Big Thunder Mountain. For all the other rides carrying a camera bag isn't an issue as it fits right at your feet. VanillaImaging.com

Mar 08, 2014 17:23 | #2665 I take my bag with travel tripod strapped on to every ride. No problem. The only issue I had this last trip was the loader on Dinosaur made me put it in the netting. That was a tight fit. On the coasters, I just put it at my feet and will usually stick one of my legs through an arm strap just as a precaution. a6000, 5Dii, 40D, 350D, 430EX, 70-200 f/4L IS, 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS, EF-S 18-55 IS, nifty fifty, Sigma APO 70-300mm f4-5.6 DG Macro, Tokina 11-16, Sony E PZ 16-50mm

Mar 10, 2014 19:16 | #2669 Tbh, I'd go with the fish. I have the 10-20, but I'm always drawn to the fish look in the parks.
