Brian has wanted a '48 Ford Deluxe Coupe for 35 years. This one took him four years to build & he did all the work himself.

It has a '53 Mercury flathead bored .060 over to 265cid with milled heads, & three Holly carbs. The three-on-a-tree transmission & rear end are stock.

Interior is '82 T-Bird. He drives it less than 1,000 miles a year.

Nice looking ride and photos. I had a '49 Plymouth but sold it a few years ago. Love the blunt nose with excess chrome. grocery getter trunks. Or boot legging.

I know you have connections Frank...but how did you get the Best Western to fly that gray scale banner for you? Nice shots of a nice car too.

What did you replace it with? With your username, should I guess a pickup? ;)

Once you go alternator, you never go back!

Bad advertising remembered is still good advertising? :D

Thanks for the comments.

Actually I had a '31 Chevy 5 Window Coupe also (all original) at the time. Sold the '31 Chevy this year. I have had a Stingray for a a few years also. The Vette is Highly Modified. I hate to let any car go....but...that's life. Got to drive them or Race. No Trailer Queens around my house.
Kind of like photography equipment buy and sell.

I hope you got a lot of shots of your cars while you had them. You can start a book. See my Sig.
