That is freaky!

First of all I can't figure out the girl's ethnicity, plus you have the inserted eyelashes (right?) and the whole doll thing...

I thought of the android from Aliens III? with white blood and torn off head trying to chop everybody.

You know what would be really neat? to photoshop her into a larger than life surrounding so that she looked small in comparison to the objects around her such as some other toys.
