I LOVE the shot!

The only thing that would make it better to me would be a little more prop blur. I feel funny saying that as I am having a hard time getting it myself. You know, "I can't do it myself but I can tell you how" :o

My wife and I made Reno about 10 years ago and I thought the T-6 races were the most exciting. The changed lead a LOT.

Yeah, I know about the prop blur. I was not happy with what I was getting throughout the week, so I kept the speed at 1/250, or 1/320. It is a much different ballgame shooting planes as they pass a few feet in front of you, vs. flybys that you see at airshows.

I bet. I would also prefer a sharp photo with little blur to a fuzzy photo with great blur....so, once again NICE SHOT.

Also, the T-6's prop turns pretty slow so it is hard to get a ton of prop blur (unless your Victor! ;) :D).

Great shot Tim!

That's a great shot. I'm mulling over paying $300 for a 20-30 minute ride in one at the Houston airshow later this month.

I was able to get a ride in one a few years ago...you will not regret it!
