GAPS2 - Masked weaver

These Masked weaver shots were taking in Karoo, South Africa early September (100-400@170 & 120 mm, 1/125s, f6.3).

the nest is very interesting...if those are grass would it be strong enough to hold if some larger animal hit one of the pole ?

Sure, but with the wrong exposure, distance, composition and lighting they might easily have come out a lot less impressively! :D
