I was playing around with the early morning sun and doing some slow shutter speed panning when I caught this. I wish I had a higher shutter speed selected for this sequence, but hay, that is life. Better than nothing.

1 just a smidge too wide

Great catch, have spent much of the weekend watching the race. Great shame the Mazda did not make the race as it is a great looking car.

Very well caught, and yes the shutter speed shows how fast he crashed.


30D, 350D l 18-55 kit lens, 28-135 IS, 55-250 IS, 100mm Macro, Sigma 17-70 and finally 100-400L

I like the slower shutter speed, it really helps you see how fast he was gonna hit that wall. 1, 4, and 6 are my favorites!
