You can make one yourself, get some cardboard and put reflecting or white foil on it, it's easy, and it works.

Put a reflector in front of the car. A reflector that catches the sunlight and is pointing towards the front of the car.
See, works like a charm. You've recovered a massive amount of detail there. With a mirror the front would have been even brighter, but it's about the idea. It's not that spectacular, in fact it is real basic stuff. You can also put a flash in front of the car, nothing wrong with that but think about the power that it's being spilled. A flash is not necessary in my shot, as you can see. The only power you need is the sun . Use an external flash when it is necessary.
